"Om Santhi, Santhi, Santhi...."
(Peace, Peace, Peace…)
During morning prayer, citing these words from the Vedas, Sacred Scriptures of the Hindus, our Sisters from India helped us to pray for peace, using body movements and placing us in communion with all humanity, nature and with the whole cosmos.
Afterwards, the Chapter Sisters went into small groups to share their reflections about yesterday’s discussion between Fr. Libanio and those Sisters whose reports were analyzed.
After having done this, the Chapter Members had time for personal reflection before going back to their groups to gather and synthesize their reflections of the last two days about what strengthens or threatens our Solidarity, Hope and Life today in the world and in our Salvatorian mission.
In the afternoon, Sister Therezinha Rasera gave an introduction to our study of the Report of the Generalate of the Congregation, which was distributed for the Sisters to read and to reflect on.
Because there was no Mass here in the house at the end of the day, the Sisters went to Mass elsewhere.
